How can it be justifiable for us to drop bombs that apparently killed Qaddafi's youngest Son and?

The blood is on Qaddafi's hands, he has had several chances to give himself up or send his family to a safe place. Instead Qaddafi has involved his sons in his war, making them all Generals knowing that will be their death sentence. Even worse he is using his own grandchildren as a shield to protect his worthless hyde. He knew this would happen because he did the exact same time once before and his child was killed.
