Would this action be justifiable?

They came to us and killed 3000 for no reason, how the hell do you think we Americans feel about that? We didn't want them over here killing our people! At least we didn't burn him alive, some of our people were burned alive in those buildings and you're taking up for him, what kind of person are you?
