Why do the black people sit on the porch and stare at me all day?

Black people can be stupid. LOL. Not being racist because. I'm black to which is why I know. Their are alot of stupid black people like the ones you described and then their are smart ones with class. Basically like every race. Just ingore.them and.if they mess with you call the police.
