I m in love with a girl for 3 mnths and planned to register marriage now , is this right decision?

hai guys i loved a girl for 2 months without seeing her ( only thro phone we had our contacts) then i saw her on one day and only once , then a problem came in her family and we have now decided to do register marriage after two months....but i have only seen her once and till now we are seperated by 300kms and we love eachother a lot...we ll talk daily and msg ourselves frequently....can i marry her...is my love a true love....
