I don't like black people but im trying to change those beliefs?

I don't hate all black people but I label them as a whole when there are alot of decent ones, I don't wanna be racist but every time I try to change my beliefs I read about some black guy doing something stupid in the paper, My belief is every black guy is cool until he crosses the boundary then it's a racial issue, I believe black people don't have the right to talk to whites in an in complimentary manner. And I HATE it when they go after white women. I sincerely wanna change for moral reasons but I wanna know.... Are we really all just human? Do you hate white people? Is that justifiable?
