Tinted Window Ticket in NYC.....?

I received a ticket for my driver side window being too tinted in NYC. The issue is that an unmarked police car pulled me over and asked me to roll up my window since they were completely already rolled down before he even pulled me over, then proceeded to write me a 90 dollar ticket saying my window is too tinted. Is this justifiable? if i fight it will i win????
