Emancipation overseas?

I Live in Shang hai China but am a US citizen. I am 17 and have one more year of high school left. My family is broken and it is an unstable environment for me... I want to know how to become emancipated. The tricky part is that i live in Shang Hai PRC but I am a citizen of the US from Michigan I am 17 and have a drivers license.
