I love you,but the idea is flaw economically,not only the 10% thing.Most NGOs have been trying in vain for a free and fair trade.You might know why it doesn't work.Germany was the land against the advertising. Even its TV was public.Now it changes to advertising as a rule for fairness. Or even a collecting of a semester fee in higher eduction which was free before. You might know why? It's a competition.
