Was this harassment or just the actions of a wronged husband?

From reading the article it almost sounds like the husband Ian Puddick is in the wrong, when in fact both he and the wife of Timothy Haynes are the injured parties. I know that Ian Puddick took things to extremes, but I don't blame him for doing what he did. If Mr Haynes didn't want to get found out he should have been more careful as he potentially had a lot to lose and it would have made more sense if he and Mrs Puddick had left each other alone in the first place. I hope that the court is lenient with Puddick and Haynes keeps his trousers zipped when around other mens' wives and girlfriends in future.
