White gooey stuff in underwear? (girls only plz)?

hai! um you might've seen me in other parts of yahoo answers cuz i share this with my older sister. but anyways, i have this white gooey stuff in my underwear. it's just a tiny bit. it doesn't smell bad or anything. it just stings a little when i pee. this just started yesterday. i read that it's called discharge or something. i have developed small breasts. i'm 11 btw. thanks in advance! :]
